We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic full-time Marketing and Communications Manager. You will have the opportunity to forge your own path and use your experience to shape your role. Since the acquisition with F45 back in late 2021, Vive Active is now franchising, with our first franchise, and international studio, opening in Singapore this September.

As a key asset to the company, you will have a strong influence in shaping the future success of Vive Active. The Marketing and Communications Manager role at Vive Active will see you leading marketing decisions and efforts across all areas of the Vive Active’s business portfolio which includes Vive Stream, Vive Sculpt, and Vive Active studios. The key purpose of this role is to continue to enhance brand awareness across all businesses within our portfolio, and continue to grow and support our #vivefam.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Plan, manage and execute marketing and communications strategies for all areas of the Vive business portfolio across our website, app, as well as our digital and offline platforms
  • Monitor, analyse, and measure strategic outcomes, including the development of KPIs to optimise and understand the most effective approach
  • Work closely with our marketing agency to develop, plan, and approve social media schedules and to arrange quarterly content shoots
  • Developing a strong understanding of the Vive brand of voice and emanating this throughout all copywriting
  • Supporting the wider team with required marketing materials, especially for our welcome packs, in-studio flyers, TV screen creative, challenge assets and prizes etc.
  • Handling multiple projects, priorities and managing competing deadlines across the Vive portfolio of businesses
  • Managing and continuing to build mutually beneficial brand partnerships and influencer relationships across all studios and Vive Sculpt
  • Educating and briefing the wider team, including trainers and casual front of house staff on upcoming events/challenges, or any new brand partnerships
  • Curate, manage, and implement marketing campaigns i.e. Studio/Online challenges
  • Constantly reviewing current marketing campaigns and always looking for ways to improve and optimise
  • Designing and curating basic creative from scratch using Canva including social media posts, social media stories, edm assets, app banners etc.
  • Working closely with and engaging our external Graphic Designer on larger campaigns and projects
  • Ensure both the Vive Active and Vive Sculpt websites are up to date whilst also engaging our external website developer team to help with bigger projects
  • Carrying out basic monthly website audits to ensure a positive customer journey online, whilst using WordPress to make small changes to copy and images on website if required
  • Monitoring online website behaviour and analytics to continually find areas/audiences which we can exploit, and areas which may require improvement
  • Manage and provide 24/7 support to both Vive Stream and Vive Sculpt managers on a day-to-day basis, including leading a weekly WIP
  • Provide support to studio supervisors to find ways to constantly improve our CRM setup

ABOUT YOU

  • Prior experience in a similar Marketing and/or Communications role
  • Skills using Mailchimp would be desirable
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Ability to adapt tone of voice between brands
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to copywriting
  • Be creative and innovative
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Confident speaker and ability to build strong commercial relationships
  • Comfortable working independently and as a ‘Manager’, while also working in a collaborative team environment
  • Advanced skills across Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet competing deadlines
  • Have a ‘can-do’ attitude
