Huge congrats to Brookvale member, Kristie Taylor, who is our December Member of the Month. Sadly Kristie will be moving to Singapore next week, but in her time as a Vive member she’s completed an epic 410 classes! We’re so proud of you Kristie. We sat down for a Q&A with Kristie. Here’s what she had to say.
Why did you first decide to try Vive?
I had done reformer classes before and loved them. The gym I used to go to closed, so I was looking for somewhere new. I couldn’t believe I found exactly what I was looking for in my neighbourhood!
How many times per week do you Vive?
I go as often as I can, usually 4 or 5 times a week. I always make sure I get to a Vive Stretch class each week too.
What results have you noticed since coming to Vive?
My core and leg strength has improved considerably. And my butt is higher up my legs than it used to be!
What advice would you give someone looking to try Vive for the first time?
Don’t be intimidated by the equipment, there is always someone to help, and you’ll be confident in no time. The Vive community is welcoming and supportive of everyone!
What’s your favourite thing about being part of the #vivefam?
The AMAZING trainers are the heart and soul of Vive. I’ve laughed and sweated, on repeat, since my first session. I’ll miss Vive when I move to Singapore, so I’ll be crowd-funding for one to open there!!!
