What To Expect
We’ll give it to you straight – our workouts are intense. We’re going to push you to your limits. But that’s what makes us so damn effective and we’ll support you every step.
The magic of the reformer is a newbie can train next to an athlete and you’ll both be getting an awesome workout. Adjust your springs to get the intensity that’s right for you.
Be prepared for your body to change. More strength, lean length, stronger core, peachy glutes, better posture. You put in the work and we’ll give you the results.

All of our studios have change rooms and hair bars so that you can get ready before and/or after class. Plus, our Double Bay, Neutral Bay & Tanglin studios also have shower facilities.

VIVE ACTIVE TOTAL
Our signature all-in-one class, TOTAL combines strength, endurance and stretch in a full-body conditioning workout for every level. Get ready to meet your best with the ultimate group fitness experience. Our trainers will always provide beginner, intermediate and advanced options, so all experiences are welcome // 50 minutes.
VIVE ACTIVE STRETCH
Flexibility and control are at the core of STRETCH. Drawing from pilates and yoga, our deep stretch poses will improve your mobility and flexibility out of sight. The bonus is that they also build strength, help prevent injury and reduce stress. For all levels, you’ll finish each class walking taller and feeling stronger and calmer // 50 minutes.
VIVE ACTIVE CIRCUIT
With 12 to 16 rounds at multiple stations, CIRCUIT is a fusion of strength, HIIT and stability training. Time to dig deep, because this class will dial up your calorie burn to the max. With 90 seconds at each station, get ready to work every muscle group and elevate your metabolism in this insanely fun, high-energy class (we suggest taking five TOTAL classes before progressing to CIRCUIT) // 50 minutes.
VIVE ACTIVE FUSION
FUSION offers a 50/50 split class where you spend half the time on the reformer and half of it off. The floor-based, functional movements you’ll do while not on the reformer allow for the use of heavier weights and moving at a faster pace so that you can revel in the benefits that come from this! Step up with this combination class for a full-body, strength and conditioning workout. (we suggest taking five TOTAL classes before progressing to FUSION) // 50 minutes.
