Huge congrats to our October member of the month, Lyn Stanford, who has done more classes than any other Viver! Here are her responses to our quick Q&A.

How many times per week do you Vive?
My perfect week is 8 – 10 classes per week.
What results have you seen since coming to Vive?
I measure my progress monthly using a “In-body scanner” and it proves Vive produces
results. I ain’t no perfect body beautiful but I am 100% sure it has changed me physically & mentally.
What advice would you give to someone looking to try out Vive for the first time?
When I started I couldn’t walk out of the studio after a class as my whole body would be quivering, I could only make it to sit under the Vive sign recovering (trying not to look like a big blob of jelly on a plate)!
So my advice is never give up! The rewards to your body are amazing and you end up falling in love with the ultimate way to spend 50 minutes of your day or 100 minutes if you’re crazy addicted to Vive!
What’s your favourite thing about being part of the #vivefam?
I don’t have to sit under the Vive sign anymore! I can make it all the way to the concierge desk!
Nah! The instructors are next level awesome, bad jokes and all!
