I’ve done 5 classes of reformer Pilates at Vive so far and I’m loving it! The classes fly by so quickly (but I definitely know I’ve worked out afterwards!). All of the trainers are so lovely and the whole vibe of the place is great. I love that I get a full body workout in each class, and I’m already feeling better for joining.

Vive classes allow you the flexibility to push yourself in terms of weight, pace or intensity. When my girlfriend first brought me along I assumed it would be a slow pace, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much variation there is in the classes and how rewarding the workouts are each week.
