We’ve all heard the expression ‘you are what you eat’ but when you stop and think about what that actually means – that every single one of our cells is built from the food we’ve eaten over the years – it’s really pretty mind blowing.

Plus, we now know that it’s not just our own flesh and bones that we need to look after, it’s also those wonderful 50 trillion gut bacteria that make up half of our bodies. There’s now plenty of evidence that our gut health has major implications for our immunity, weight management and even our mood – so we want to nurture those little fellas as best we can!
