Apart from eating and laughing, exercise is Alexis’ biggest priority in life. She has always been active, winning three-legged races every year in high school, but decided to step it up a notch and get involved in dancing, running and anything involving a pool, like water polo and Marco Polo.
Alexis has an obsession with the brain and while studying cognitive neuroscience at uni, she attained her Cert IV in fitness and her Pilates accreditation. It didn’t take her long to become obsessed with Reformer Pilates and in no time was instructing, transforming glutes all around Brisbane and Sydney.
Alexis eats Nutella (maybe too often), rides motorcycles, and has a love affair with Paris (having worked instructing Pilates there). She loves to run, squat, travel, eat, go on adventures and is a bit of a daredevil (jumping off cliffs and doing other equally exciting things). When she is not teaching, you will find her either training hard, trying the newest burger craze, or perfecting her hot chocolate recipe.
Alexis’ classes are a combination of strength, high intensity, and dynamic flows. RnB, French rap and sweet playlists are key in her classes, giving your body, mind and soul a powerful workout.
