October marked the beginning of a one month journey where 56 Vivers took on our inaugural RISE UP challenge to complete 20 classes in 30 days. You guys completely blew us away with your commitment – as a group, you smashed the challenge target by 329 classes!

Huge congrats to Team Holly for taking the trophy.

We asked a member from each team to share their experiences. Here’s what they had to say:

“I saw amazing results and I have my husband’s full support to do the Rise Up Challenge in February. It was perfect timing with the beginning of the warmer weather and celebrating Vive’s first birthday.”  Carrie – Team Yvette

“I absolutely loved the Vive RISE UP Challenge. I met so many great new people with a similar passion for health and fitness. I personally enjoyed having a team environment to work within led by our wonderful coach Sarah who encouraged and supported us the whole way. The workouts were challenging and I got great results. Ultimately, the feeling of a great community within the studio is something I keep coming back for.” Keira – Team Sarah

“The Vive 30 Day Challenge was sensational, a real life changer. The missus kept pestering me to come to Pilates for two months. After initially thinking, ‘no way’, it only took me one class to be hooked. From a challenging full body workout in a fun, community-based environment with super friendly and knowledgeable staff, the Vive Challenge had every exercise box ticked. I recommend you join Vive, you won’t regret it.”  Matt – Team Holly

“So happy to say I found the challenge rewarding on so many levels. What an extraordinary oasis of calm when life gets a little overwhelming. My goal going in was strength building, my outcomes finishing were so much more – emotional well-being, anxiety management, nutritional guidance, and the camaraderie of a team. Enormously fulfilling. It was also so amazing to celebrate completing the 20 classes in 30 days with all the other teams. I loved doing the challenge with my friend Kerry we motivated each other and commiserated with each other when we were tired or sore.” Naomi – Team Lauren

Huge thanks to everyone who took part. Our next challenge will kick off February 2019. Stay tuned!
